Queer Art Hub
Queer Art Hub came to Max Burns UX for help building the world’s largest directory dedicated to LGBTQ+ artists and artwork. The goal was to make is easy for interested parties to find these artists online, without worrying about algorithms or shadow bands on social media.
Max and the client collaborated to develop the beta site, where artists can build a profile, highlight their availability for commissions, and post event information. Max was responsible for creating the community post feature, editing the member-profiles feature, customizing Wordpress plugins to meet client needs, and making redirect rules to customize the plugins and template.
